“Questions about
whether design is necessary or affordable are quite
beside the point, design is inevitable. The alternative
is good design or bad design, not no design at all.”
-Douglas Martin

With a passion in marketing, merchandising and design,
my diverse background has led me into designing and creating
this Interior Design Firm. With my education and experience

“STYLE/DESIGN QUOTE”...
My personal
style is an eclectic mix of pieces I have collected and
found throughout the years to create a warm transitional
environment. I believe comfort can be exquisite! I enjoy
creating a color palette that has one or two threads of
color that are consistent throughout all of my interior
spaces. Neutral backgrounds with splashes of color allow
me to bring color through art and accessories. My personal
design advice… have fun with your space, don’t
be afraid of color and take risks. C U R E can assist you
in creating a space that reflects your own taste and style.
We want to be your Design

JACOB
LAWS |
SENIOR DESIGNER |
BIOGRAPHY
Like most reasonable adults, my parents
disciplined me when I began drawing on the walls at an
early age. That is, until they realized it was more than
scribbling: I was creating. They realized I had talent.
From then on, I was frequently exposed to all forms of
art. After graduating majoring in art with a focus in
art history, this passion of mine evolved into more than
a handful of successful ventures. My goal is to create
aesthetically beautiful, innovative and functional living/dwelling
spaces by imparting my personal style and utilizing my
creative instincts. I ensure truly dynamic results that
translate into simply good design.
“STYLE/DESIGN QUOTE”...
Jacob's designs are classic
with a modern edge and clean-cut with impossibly sophisticated
style. The juxtaposition of old and new, traditional and
contemporary create visual interest and contribute to
creating a refined, collected aesthetic. His inspiration
gained from art, travel, fashion, culture, and history
influence his passion for creating spaces that are stylish
and have a distinctive point of view. His designs transcend
trends and create living environments that work with the
dynamics of a contemporary lifestyle.

DYER |
SENIOR DESIGNER |
BIOGRAPHY
After graduating from the University
of Missouri, K.C., I spent my days raising our three boys.
However, my interest in fashion and interior design kept
me reading and taking classes in the design field. After
working in a high-end retail fashion store in St. Louis,
I realized that putting together assorted fabrics, textures
and styles was a passion. After decorating my own home,
and those of family, friends, neighbors and co-workers,
I realized that my passion and "eye" for fashion
work equally well in interior design. I have built some
of my strongest relationships through the opportunity
of creating spaces for my clients over the years. I will
learn your lifestyle and taste, and working with you,
I will create a design that exceeds your expectations.
“STYLE/DESIGN
QUOTE”...
An eclectic mix of traditional
with a funky twist! A touch of animal print, bright, fun
colors and mixing in unexpected pieces creates an atmosphere
people want to spend time in. Infusing antiques, family
heirlooms or a special piece from a vacation with newly
acquired pieces reflects a family’s lifestyle and
truly makes it feel like home.

BIOGRAPHY
"An idea is salvation by imagination." Everyone has something that moves them, and that Frank
Lloyd Wright quote was mine. When I look back to that 8 year old girl making floor plans of her bedroom with
furniture cut-outs from construction paper…it does not surprise me that I am here. Receiving my BS in Architectural
Studies: Interior Design + Pre-Architecture from the University of Missouri-Columbia, I have since worked in both the
high-end residential and large-scale commercial market.
Creating spaces that can blend both the form and function of a room is key; one cannot exist without the other. My
goal is to take into account every aspect of a space when designing: interior, exterior, the purpose of the space, the
potential for "green" design and how all design elements can be integrated. I am designing for the client - how this
designed space will reflect them and their lifestyle.
“STYLE/DESIGN
QUOTE”...
My style is something that has developed over time with influences from traveling, my
appreciation for art and the opportunities to work with talented designers and architects over the years. I like
the punch; that one piece or one color that takes the entire room by surprise. Combining antique pieces with new
design concepts can really create a beautiful space. Using sustainable design techniques and simple lines with eclectic
accents, a space can really come alive. I will take the time necessary to understand both the client, their space and
where the two unite to create a comfortable and functioning space.

MEGAN
MITCHELL |
ASSOCIATE DESIGNER
|
BIOGRAPHY
My diverse background in traveling, arts and
the desire for all new trends, lends me the opportunity to
have the ability create one of a kind spaces for my clients.
Armed with a degree in Interior Design and over 6+ years experience,
I have designed all environments from high-end residential
homes to commercial spaces throughout the St. Louis area,
from restaurants, healthcare facilities to common areas at
private high-rise condominiums. Design is a passion I carry
with me everyday and through my creativity I am able to pass
that along to my clients in their spaces.
“STYLE/DESIGN
QUOTE”...
“I don’t want someone
to walk into a space I’ve done and say to my client,
‘Megan Mitchell did this.’ I want them to say
WOW you have and amazing space…I want to live here!”
When I design a client’s home, I always incorporate
the clients own pieces combining them with unique textures,
architectural elements, luxurious fabrics and pops of color
to create one-of-a-kind interiors. Good design doesn’t
always mean high-end and expensive. It’s the ability
to transform a space using the creative eye and always focus
on the client’s needs.
My personal style…is
one represented through clean lines and recasting classic
elements into modern settings.

BIOGRAPHY
Design by definition is to create, execute,
or construct according to plan. My attraction and appreciation
for art and color is what led me to pursue a career in interior
design. I studied and received my Bachelor of Fine Arts
in Interior Design at the University of Central Missouri.
My passion is assisting clients with creating a new space
for them to call home. I believe interior design is a creation
of color and skillful planning by pulling a client's lifestyle
into a room. My promise is not only to provide my clients
with my personal best through energy and excitement but
also to create a design that is theirs and theirs alone.
“STYLE/DESIGN
QUOTE”...
I believe when anyone is describing
their personal design style, a lot of reflection of ones
self plays a huge part in what you love and what you have
an appreciation for. I love mixing different styles and
textures that helps create a look that is more personal
to me. I have an appreciation for a lot of different styles
which is why I would describe myself as eclectic.
